Our Acorn + First Floor Range of standard design includes optional extras like half bays, extra wide widths dormer windows, roof light sand internal & external staircases. Like all of our designs though we can create custom designs to your desired specification.
Garages with a first floor accessible through an external or internal staircase not only give so much further storage but also give so much extra space. Our clients in the past have used this space for studies, home offices, art studios, cinema rooms, guest accommodation with en-suite’s, children’s play rooms and many more. Having that first floor garage is great way to add value on your property and get that extra space you’ve always wanted.
